A self-hosted operations centre that shows who is working, what is blocked and where a person needs to step in.

The problem

Automated work was spread across several tools. To understand progress or a blockage, somebody had to reconstruct the story from separate screens.

What Strataflow built

Strataflow built one operations view for task routing, live worker status, human approval points, cost-aware model selection and blocked-work escalation.

What this lets the operator do

  • Everyone responsible for the work can see the same live position.
  • A named person approves any action that could change infrastructure or another external system.
  • Blocked work, active sessions and system health are visible without piecing events together across several tools.
