These terms apply to the public Strataflow website and published materials.

Information, not a contract

Website content describes Strataflow's current commercial direction and indicative services. A contract begins only when both parties agree a written scope, price and terms. Prices shown exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

Portfolio evidence and claims

Proof items are labelled as client, anonymised client or portfolio work. Portfolio systems use demonstration or synthetic data where stated and must not be interpreted as client deployments. No outcome is guaranteed.

Intellectual property

Unless identified otherwise, the site's copy, visual system, diagrams and Strataflow portfolio materials belong to Strataflow Systems. You may link to the site and quote short passages with attribution, but may not republish substantial material or imply endorsement.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security controls, submit unlawful material or place secrets, credentials or sensitive operational data into StrataBot or test forms.

Availability and liability

The site may change or become temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, Strataflow is not liable for decisions made solely from website content or for indirect losses arising from its use.
