This notice explains how Strataflow Systems handles personal information submitted through this website, Microsoft Bookings and direct business contact.

Information collected

Strataflow may collect your name, work email, company, team size, likely timescale, source page, booking information and the operational challenge you choose to describe. Essential technical information may also be processed to protect the contact route from abuse.

How it is used

Enquiry information is used to decide whether Strataflow can help, respond to you, arrange a call and keep an appropriate record of the business relationship. The challenge text is not sent to analytics or routine application logs.

Systems and processors

Direct email enquiries are handled through Microsoft 365 and Cloudflare Email Routing. When the secure website form is enabled, lead records are stored in Notion, Resend may deliver internal notifications and Cloudflare Turnstile protects submissions. Booking information is processed through Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Bookings when that route is available. Cloudflare hosts the website and applies security controls. Google Analytics is loaded only after explicit consent.

Lawful basis and retention

Strataflow processes enquiries to take steps at your request before a contract and for the legitimate interest of managing relevant business relationships. Records are reviewed regularly and removed when they are no longer useful or legally required.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to relevant processing. Contact hello@strataflowsystems.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

International processing

Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where applicable, Strataflow relies on the provider's contractual and legal transfer safeguards.
