Portfolio work — working diagnostic prototype / Fibre network diagnostics and field operations
SIREN
A geospatial diagnostic system that shows where a network fault is likely to be, how it reached that answer and what still needs checking.
The problem
Fault diagnosis meant piecing together incomplete network and field information from several sources, with no shared record of how the conclusion was reached.
What Strataflow built
Strataflow built a traceable diagnostic process and incident cockpit that brings network geography, confidence in each source, uncertainty and operator actions into one view.
Proof you can inspect
See what the working system actually does.
SIREN is Strataflow portfolio work. All visible incidents, places and service records are synthetic demonstration data.

What this lets the operator do
- Operators can see why the system suggests a fault location and which evidence reduces its confidence.
- Missing links and conflicting sources become visible work to resolve rather than assumptions hidden in the result.
- Field and office teams can use the same incident record and see the agreed next action.
Evidence classification
Portfolio work — working diagnostic prototype
SIREN turns difficult network logic into something an operator can use and question. The evidence is the working prototype and the reasoning visible inside it. No client outcome is claimed.
